La Milagrosa- Immunity

Inspired by my mothers *heal all* Caribbean tea blend. This is the tea to have if you or a loved one has a cold, flu, or diarrhea.

Ingredients

Lemongrass- antioxidant properties, relieves common colds and indigestion.

Apple- Calming properties.

Cinnamon- Relieves anxiety, supports low blood pressure, and the common cold.

Ginger- Supports indigestion, fever and more.

Citrus Peel- High in vitamin c provides antioxidant and antiviral support.
